Prior to forming Caris, Mr. Halbert was Chairman and CEO of AdvancePCS, the nation's leading health improvement company, which he founded in 1987 and guided from a small, privately held, sponsor-backed enterprise into a Fortune 500 corporation with over $14 billion of revenues annually.

Mr. Halbert is joined by two colleagues from AdvancePCS, Laurie Johansen and Dr. George Poste.

Mr. Halbert is also Chairman & CEO of Caris Life Sciences. Ms. Johansen and Dr. Poste join Dr. Jonathan Knowles as Vice Chairmen of Caris Life Sciences.
